| 과거를 집약하고 미래를 제시하는 기술전달과 정보교류 및 개방된 커뮤니티의 장으로서 다양한 전시기회(Opportunity Spectrum)를 제공하고 자연과 더불어 풍요를 낳는 21세기 첨단 국제 전시장을 목표로 한다. 들판의 경관과 도시의 경관이 반복하는 이곳에 새로이 들어서는 국제전시장은 도시와 자연이 유기적으로 연계되어 새로운 활력을 불어넣는 에너지가 된다. 또한 전시장 전면의 몰은 고양의 활기 넘치는 새로운 길로서 전시장의 마당이자 볼거리, 살거리, 놀거리, 쉴거리 등 시민 누구나 참여할 수 있는 저자거리다. 향후 전시장 남쪽의 도심개발과 연결되어 더욱 활성화될 것이다.
The objective was to create a 21 century state-of-the-art exhibition center that provides opportunity spectrum as an open community space for technology transfer and information exchange and offers richness of nature. The international exhibition center aims to become a source of energy for the city as nature and urban culture is organically linked in a space where scenery of field and city repeats. The prism mall in the front part of the exhibition center is a new path that exudes vitality of Goyang City. It was designed to be a street that invites anyone to enjoy various things to see, buy and play with and also rest. It can also become a cultural street that connects to the center of city and future developments. |
